We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at StoneCreek Dental Care. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting patients and checking them in/out efficiently
  • Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and entering patient demographic information into our computer system
  • Collecting copays and deductibles, assisting with insurance processing, and providing excellent customer service

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, holidays, medical insurance, and more.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of paid dental front office experience
  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
