Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facilities to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with production operators, supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth production operations and address any concerns or issues.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to minimize equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including reports and documentation.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to rotate shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
