Automotive Vehicle Ambassador

Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury is a leading dealership in the automotive industry, recognized for its exceptional service and commitment to excellence. As an award-winning team member, we are seeking a skilled Valet to join our dynamic group.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding guests and their vehicles to designated areas, promoting efficient vehicle flow, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests entering the Service Drive with a warm welcome
• Promoting seamless vehicle movement throughout the Service Drive and dealership lot
• Assisting with parking and organizing guest and dealership vehicles
• Directing guests to relevant personnel as needed
• Utilizing a shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations upon request

In addition to these primary duties, the successful candidate will assist the Service and Sales Departments with other tasks as assigned by management, maintaining a clean and organized frontline at all times.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess excellent verbal communication skills, speak proper grammar, and exhibit a positive attitude with a friendly demeanor. Other essential qualifications include:

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
