Job Summary

Five Below is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Assist with sales and inventory management, including processing transactions, receiving shipments, and counting inventory.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
