Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dental Care Professional, supporting clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Assist clinicians in providing high-quality dental treatment, prepare patients for oral examinations, and maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment.
  • Support Clinicians: Ensure exceptional patient care by addressing individual needs, sterilize and disinfect instruments, and manage dental supplies.
  • Radiographs and Intra-oral Pictures: Conduct radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by clinicians, and prepare tray setups for procedures.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with front and back office teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Treatment Records: Support patient care by presenting treatment records and health histories, and providing post-treatment instructions.
Qualifications
  • Certifications and Licenses: High school diploma or GED, state-mandated certification or licensure, and certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state.
  • Education: Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
