The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting. Responsibilities include:
- Administering IV medications and managing hemodynamic lines.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Active nursing license in the state of South Dakota.
- A minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, excluding travel experience.

- Certification in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC.
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program.
- Experience with Impella, IABP, and CRRT is strongly preferred.
The ICU unit consists of a mixed patient population with varying acuity levels. Patient ratios typically range from 1:1 to 1:3, depending on the situation. The unit is supported by:
- 1-2 Nurse Aides per unit.
- Charge nurses overseeing all ICU operations.
- 24/7 Respiratory Therapy support.
