Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Greater Texas Healthcare Enterprises. As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality anesthesia care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Anesthetic Assessment and Evaluation
Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations of patients to identify potential risks and develop personalized anesthesia plans.
Anesthetic Plan Development and ImplementationDevelop and implement anesthesia plans of care, including monitoring modalities and post-anesthesia follow-up evaluations and care.
Anesthetic AdministrationSelect, obtain, and administer anesthetic plans of care, including induction, maintenance, and emergence phase anesthesia.
Education and Experience
- Education
Graduation from an accredited School of anesthesia approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists is required.
ExperienceAt least 2 years of clinical experience working in a physician office is required.
Certifications and Licenses
- Certification
Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists is required.
LicensesA valid Nursing License or compact state license is required, and the ability to become Licensed in the applicable state within 30 days is necessary.
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), PALS, and NRPBasic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), PALS, and NRP certifications are required.
