Nuclear Medicine Imaging Specialist

At Maine Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and performing all nuclear diagnostic studies, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and proficiency with appropriate clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and perform nuclear diagnostic studies
- Maintain the nuclear medicine lab to the highest standards
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic and/or Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Radiologic Technologist
- Credentialed by either the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
- Current BLS certification
- One year of experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic IV skills
