Daily Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative / Scheduler will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and coordinate technicians' schedules.
  • Effectively relay information between clients and service personnel.
  • Utilize dispatching software to schedule and route technicians based on job needs and availability.
  • Create work orders, assign technicians, and maintain communication with clients.
  • Manage multiple phone lines while balancing calls and service requests.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or dispatching.
  • The ability to work weekends as needed.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with familiarity in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
  • Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
