- Administer medications as ordered, monitor patients' responses to interventions, and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in on-call rotations, responding promptly to emergencies and providing timely care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring adequate stock of supplies.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room setting.
- Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and operate a computer.
- Physical ability to remain in a stationary position, move about, and lift up to 50 pounds.
