The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
