Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as a hands-on developer, contributing to the coding process.
  2. Design and develop advanced applications tailored for the Android platform.
  3. Ensure the creation of secure and resilient applications.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  5. Integrate internal and external data sources and APIs effectively.
  6. Conduct unit testing to ensure code robustness, addressing edge cases and usability.
  7. Resolve bugs and enhance application performance continuously.

Qualifications

  1. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Over 6 years of experience in Android platform development.
  3. Demonstrated software development experience with proven Android skills.
  4. Experience publishing at least one original Android application on the Google Play Store.
  5. Familiarity with popular Android libraries (e.g., Dagger, Retrofit) and Application Compatibility libraries (e.g., Data Binding) for developing applications compatible with all Android devices.
  6. Proficient in invoking REST APIs and parsing JSON data.
  7. Knowledge of Mobile Security, Encryption, and API Security practices.
  8. Comprehensive understanding of the complete mobile development lifecycle.
Educational Background

Basic Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
