Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Cath EP Lab Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating, evaluating, customizing, and delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective care plans, managing staff scheduling and labor, and ensuring compliance with established productivity guidelines. You will also lead by example, inspiring commitment to the organization's vision, mission, and values.

Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program.
  • Registered Nurse License to practice as a professional RN in the state of Texas or an Active Multi-State RN Compact License. If you have a Compact License, you will be required to obtain a Texas RN License within 60 days of hire.
  • A current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
  • A minimum of two years of healthcare experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • At least three years of healthcare experience
