Position Overview:

Our facility is renowned for its comprehensive medical offerings, including a Level II Trauma Center, and specialized departments such as Cardiovascular, Stroke, Orthopedics, Neurological Surgery, Cancer Care, Maternity, and Robotic Surgery. We are proud to be the exclusive provider of obstetrical services and the only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver approved clinical services under indirect supervision.
  • Implement the nursing process to effectively plan and provide patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of the Trauma Service Line and work under physician oversight.

Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or be a Physician Assistant (PA) from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in Critical Care and/or Emergency Care is essential.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an acute care hospital environment.
  • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and current ACLS/BLS certifications are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Preference for Nurse Practitioners with ACNP certification or Trauma Trained PA-C.
  • Preference for PAs holding a Master's Degree.
Compensation:
$84.58 per hour
