Job Summary

As an Asset Protection Specialist at Stop & Shop, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate and prevent loss, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and analyze loss incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Monitor and implement shrink reduction strategies to minimize losses
Collaborate with store teams to ensure a safe and secure work environment
Maintain accurate records and reports of investigations and incidents

Requirements

1 year of related experience in retail operations or customer service, loss prevention/asset protection
Ability to write detailed reports and maintain strict confidentiality of all investigation-related information
High School Diploma or GED
