Job Overview

Position: Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Language Pathology Assistant

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide exceptional speech and language services. This role will focus on supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations to determine students' speech and language requirements.
  • Design and execute tailored educational plans (IEPs).
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to students.
  • Collaborate with educators, guardians, and other specialists to enhance student achievement.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation of services rendered.
  • Engage in team discussions and professional growth activities.
Qualifications:

For SLP:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure in Indiana or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.

For SLPA:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • Current state certification or licensure in Indiana as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
