Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Superintendent to join our Healthcare Division in Lexington, KY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of field operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and on budget to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage field operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met
  • Establish and control project budgets to minimize cost variances
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors to ensure high-quality work
  • Conduct systematic quality control inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards to ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage jobsite cleanliness and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Prepare daily time cards and logs for personnel under supervision
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ years of healthcare project experience required
  • Basic computer skills preferred
