Job Details

LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA / HHA to join our team at The Residence at Boylston Place in Chestnut Hill, MA.

Job Summary

We are looking for a caring and patient individual to provide personal care, therapeutic programming, and emotional support to our residents. As a Resident Care Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the dignity, independence, and individuality of each resident.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist residents with medications and make necessary record entries.
  • Engage residents in meaningful interactions and experiences, including group and individual activities.
  • Monitor residents' needs, preferences, and health status, and report any changes to the RN or designee.
  • Assist with escorting residents to meals and engagement as needed.
  • Document services provided, including incidents, behaviors, and out-of-the-ordinary events.
  • Participate in on-going in-service training programs and specialized staff training as requested.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with office software.
  • Experience in caring for seniors with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia is preferred.
