This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the Twin Peaks restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ensure that all areas of the restaurant are clean and sanitized, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Maintain clean and organized equipment and stations
  • Work effectively as a team to achieve cleaning and sanitation goals
  • Train using tablets or computer to stay up-to-date on cleaning procedures and protocols
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Work Environment:

The work environment for this role will be fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in this environment and maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
