Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with sales and inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and removing trash and debris.
  • Assist with sales and inventory tasks, including processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and counting inventory.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
