Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist - Step Down Unit

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist in the Step Down Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Step Down Unit, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop effective care plans, and implement interventions to promote patient well-being and recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring timely communication with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:
  • A valid RN license and current registration with the state board of nursing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
