Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving potential service issues.
  • Focus on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating additional items.
  • Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
  • Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks.
  • Support opening and closing store activities, assist pharmacy personnel, and provide customer support to all departments.
Requirements:
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Physical ability to remain upright, lift up to 35 lbs, and perform visual inspections
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
