Job Title: Home Care Professional | Ravalli County

At Big Sky Palliative and Hospice, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Professional to join our team in Ravalli County. As a vital member of our care team, you will provide personalized support and assistance to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical stamina, as you will be working with patients who require varying levels of care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and feeding
• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Self-directing skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impaired

Compensation:
