Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Plymouth Meeting Family Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a current dental hygienist license in Pennsylvania and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. You will have excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation. Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education
  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and screenings
  • Document patient medical history and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Pennsylvania
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
  • CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
