Requirements:

• Labor and Employment Law Expertise: Proven expertise in labor and employment law with significant experience in employment litigation is required.
• Research and Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical skills are necessary to conduct thorough legal research and provide effective representation to clients.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to work effectively with colleagues and represent clients in litigation.
• Education and Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Bar admission in New Jersey and/or New York
• Compensation Package: Salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
