We are seeking a highly skilled Log Management and Analytics Solutions Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our sales engine, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our sales team and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute technical demos that showcase Dynatrace's unique approach to solving customer pain points
  • Manage and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) onsite and remotely
  • Build strong relationships with customers and complete requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposal (RFPs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including innovation labs, expert services consultants, customer success managers, and marketing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the log management and analytics space with tools such as Splunk, Elastic, or Sumo Logic
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical value to customers and prospects
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with query languages such as SQL, SPL, or KQL
  • Experience with observability and log collectors/pipelines such as FluentBit, OpenTelemetry, Cribl, and Logstash
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with programming/scripting side technologies such as Java,.NET, PHP, Go, and knowledge of Operating Systems (OS) including Windows and Linux
