Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master of Social Work to join our team at Stability Direct. As a Licensed Therapist in Residential Program, you will play a critical role in providing psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to adolescents and their families.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, track progress, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to address patient needs and ensure timely discharge planning.
  • Provide mental health education to patients and professionals, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure.
  • 2+ years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, or families.
  • Training in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT or DBT.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
  • MOAB certification within 6 months of hire.
