Position Overview

Pancoast Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to assist within the Financial Aid division. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in delivering support to students, offering application guidance, and ensuring comprehension of relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to students, staff, and the community by addressing inquiries related to financial aid eligibility.
  • Examine applications and associated documentation to confirm that student eligibility criteria are met in compliance with established regulations.
  • Gather necessary documentation and information for the processing of applications.
  • Organize and prepare student files for processing.
  • Carry out additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of extensive customer/client support experience (experience in Financial Aid is highly advantageous).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Experience in a higher education setting is considered a plus.
