**About LifeSpan Therapy**

LifeSpan Therapy, a CarDon & Associates partner, is now seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitation services under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR).

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering compassionate care and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various settings, including hospitals and long-term care facilities.
  • Work closely with OTRs to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Conduct assessments, create and implement therapeutic programs, and evaluate patient progress.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree from an approved program for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Prior experience in a hospital or long-term care facility is preferred but not required.
  • Able to maintain a positive working relationship with other healthcare professionals.

**What We Offer**

  • Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Location**

Candidates should be willing to travel within a 30-mile radius to provide therapy coverage when census is low.

We offer reimbursement for mileage and time spent traveling.
