The Position:Servicon, a distinguished provider of facility services, is currently in search of experienced and proficient Floorcare Technicians to join our diverse teams. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our clients' facilities and their flooring. Key Responsibilities:- Execute a comprehensive range of floorcare tasks, including but not limited to stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing various floor types.
- Employ industry-leading techniques and equipment to achieve superior results.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve any maintenance or repair requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and timely task completion.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a secure working environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or requests.
- Demonstrated experience as a Floorcare Technician, with a proven history of successfully completing floorcare projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various flooring types, cleaning solutions, and equipment.
- Ability to swiftly assess and address floorcare requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot equipment or floorcare challenges.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a valid (non-expired) driver's license.
- Ability to successfully pass a Livescan.
