Job Summary

Full-time position available for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at the AC Hotel Dallas Frisco. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, as well as participate in our preventative maintenance program.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, including but not limited to: HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, including but not limited to: vinyl repair, touch-up paint, minor furniture repair, tub caulking, and tile repairs.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and HVAC systems.
  • Perform plumbing repair, laundry equipment repair, and preventative maintenance on all exhaust fans and supply.
  • Monitor energy conservation and repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment as needed.
  • Immediately follow up on any alarms to determine the exact location and cause, and report to the Front Desk with findings.
  • Perform other tasks and jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
  • Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Hospitality Maintenance.
