Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, emphasizing Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position focusing on capital equipment sales, large projects, and accounts. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting, and securing new customers, as well as introducing new products to the territory. This position covers Des Moines, IA, and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Grow existing accounts and secure new customers
  2. Prospect and introduce new products to the territory
  3. Develop solid territory business plans
  4. Effectively cover territories on a daily basis
Requirements:

Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will combine a 4-year degree with a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. In addition, our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, be skilled at building productive business relationships, and have a good mechanical aptitude.
