International Staff Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team.
Job Summary:
This is a temp to perm job opportunity for a Medical Laboratory Scientist to work in a dynamic laboratory environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine medical laboratory tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
Set up, adjust, maintain, and clean medical laboratory equipment. Analyze the results of tests and experiments to ensure conformity to specifications.
Obtain specimens, cultivate, isolate, and identify microorganisms for analysis. Consult with a pathologist to determine a final diagnosis when abnormal cells are found.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or meet local regulatory requirements. Minimum 0-2 years of clinical laboratory testing experience is required.

Vaccine Requirement:
FLU. Generalist with 1-2 years of experience minimally. Experience with Roche and Meditech would be greatly appreciated. ASCP not required but strongly preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 6 am to 2:30 pm. Rotating Weekends and Holidays.
Projected Duration:
6 months temp to perm.
