Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TK Health is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Whitley County Jail in Williamsburg, KY.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a correctional setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your medical skills to their fullest capacity in a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to inmates in a correctional setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health issues
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
