Job Summary:
DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a clinic setting. As a nurse clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in a clinic setting
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Associate's degree in nursing (A.D.N) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) degree from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
