Nursing Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Nursing Supervisor to lead our Continuing Care Community team. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this role will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care and develop a motivated and caring staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of nurses to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure and relevant experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
