We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team at Mr. Appliance. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing home appliances and equipment. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers will ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
  2. Provide cost estimates for repairs.
  3. Effectively communicate with customers to ensure they understand the services needed.
  4. Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
  5. Collect payment for work performed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Previous experience in appliance repair is a plus, HVAC experience transitions well
