Job Summary

The Director of Tax will have primary responsibility for all aspects of federal, state, international, local, and indirect taxes. This cross-functional position will work closely with senior management and various internal finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of all income tax accounting in accordance with ASC 740 and statutory requirements.
  • Oversight of all tax compliance, including federal, state, international, local, and indirect taxes.
  • Oversight of the annual external US financial tax audit.
  • Management of transfer price policies and practices as well as oversight of intercompany agreements.
  • Implement tax policy and ensure compliance.
  • Provide tax advice on financial and tax audits, tax incentives, shareholder activity, income tax planning.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years' experience in corporate income tax, focused on accounting for income taxes under ASC 740.
  • Proven experience in tax strategy, planning, and compliance (with a focus on the US Taxation of Domestic and International corporations and transactions).
  • Project management skills that include utilizing internal resources as well as consultants.
  • Knowledge of OneSource Income Tax preferred; technical skills required for supporting the continuing development of computerized tax systems.
  • Travel, including international, may be required (approximately 10%).
