- Ability to pass a background check.
- Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and welding.
- Ownership of standard technician tools.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an HVACR service technician.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and hot side equipment.
- Comprehend controls and wiring schematics.
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
- Complete all necessary documentation.
- Assist with or perform equipment installations as required.
- Conduct maintenance tasks as needed.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and maneuvering heavier items with assistance or appropriate tools.
- Weekly pay schedule.
- Company vehicle provided.
- Uniforms supplied by the company.
