SUMMARY
The Facility Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of athletic venues, ensuring a secure and enjoyable atmosphere for all participants and visitors. This role includes providing assistance for various activities within the sports complex.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise athletic venues, manage event schedules, and ensure smooth operation during events.
- Oversee the maintenance of sports fields and facilities, including upkeep of synthetic turf.
- Assist with necessary repairs, cleaning, and modifications to the facilities.
- Work collaboratively with school leadership and administrative staff to enhance facility operations.
- Perform additional tasks such as supply ordering, snow removal, and landscaping duties.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in facility maintenance or custodial services is preferred.
- Completion of a criminal background check and physical ability assessment is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid and Turf Management are required.
Hourly wage will be determined based on experience and position classification.
