Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and provide personalized pre- and post-treatment care recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to drive business growth and success.
  • Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world-class patient care.
  • Record accurate and detailed medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records.
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment, including prepping treatment rooms between patients.
  • Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists as needed to ensure seamless patient treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license.
  • Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual acuity to assess clients' skin and operate the laser.
