About the Role

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Target Analyst Reporter. This role is a critical part of our national security efforts, and we are looking for someone who can provide synthesized product to customers through the prioritization, assessment, evaluation, and reporting of information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and related collateral sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from various sources to provide synthesized product to customers.
  • Write reports that require significant editing, and may require assistance in determining reportability of an activity, locating reportable information, and determining the focus of the report.
  • Be familiar with basic SIGINT reporting policies and require familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories to conduct research that enhances reporting.
  • Pull information from multiple sources and combine it into reports/products in response to requests by management and external customers.
  • Require mentorship and/or significant guidance from Government personnel.

Requirements

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as required.
  • TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and seven (0) years related experience.
  • At least 6 years demonstrated experience related to job description, with a high school diploma or GED, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Can draft and/or edit for release, finished serialized SIGINT product reports.
  • Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic.
  • Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
  • Experienced in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
  • Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development.
  • Familiar with more advanced SIGINT reporting policies, e.g. the use of STI, unusual tearlines, Post Publication actions, RFis, etc.
  • Familiar with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and demonstrates incorporating independent research to enhance reporting.
