Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an estimated $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This comprehensive salary reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining talented individuals who share our vision of excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Cleaning and Maintenance: As a Residential Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of our residential facilities. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming common areas, as well as performing laundry tasks for residents.

Daily Schedules: You will work closely with our management team to ensure that daily schedules are followed, and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This may involve adjusting schedules to accommodate resident needs or addressing any issues that arise during your shift.

Safety and Quality: Safety and quality are our top priorities at Great Lakes Mgmt Co. As a Residential Maintenance Associate, you will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience
  • The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require physical effort
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand written instructions

Environmental Factors: This position requires frequent standing, walking, and bending. You will also be required to use hands and arms for simple grasping and pushing/pulling tasks. Additionally, you must be able to see objects within 35 feet to monitor work areas and interpret colors to read warnings, labels, wires, etc.
