Role Summary
The Nurse Program Manager for our Stroke and Stemi initiatives will be responsible for designing strategies, overseeing daily operations, and assessing the effectiveness of the services provided to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management of the program.
- Coordinate patient care throughout the program, utilizing effective tools to ensure high-quality and cost-efficient services.
- Conduct initial assessments and gather relevant data.
- Serve as a key resource and liaison regarding program-related matters.
- Collaborate with clinical team members to address the needs of patients and their families.
- Present program data and outcomes to various stakeholders.
- Provide educational sessions on program services to both internal and external audiences.
- Work with management to expand program offerings and services.
- Maintain accurate program records and documentation within electronic medical systems.
- Facilitate educational initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of three years of program management experience
Desired Skills:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency in educating and delivering presentations
- Experience in critical care nursing
