Key Responsibilities
  • Design and plan the international e-commerce fulfillment system, taking into account system solution design for international order fulfillment, international and domestic logistics, international warehousing, and custom clearings.
  • Perform in-depth research and competitive analysis of e-commerce fulfillment business models and systems in different countries, developing and enhancing the core logistic and supply chain systems to support domestic and cross-border e-commerce business.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce product and operation, logistic operation, data, algorithm, and other related teams to design, implement, and promote logistics and supply chain systems for international e-commerce markets.
  • Drive product upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the US market, contributing to the accumulation of our core system capabilities to better serve other markets.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of system product planning and functional design experience in the e-commerce fulfillment or international logistics industry, cross-region and cross-culture work experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, cross-border logistics, domestic logistics, and other related industries, with experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration, and system project management skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.
