Job SummaryWe're seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist to support our residents in all aspects of daily living. As a Physical Therapist, you'll provide person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a holistic approach, supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.
- Work with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
