Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our team at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As a key member of our retail team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories for their vehicles, using your knowledge of automotive products and services.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Participate in daily operational tasks, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Operate store test equipment, such as brake lathes, and perform basic vehicle services, as trained and authorized.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and services, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
