Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at Alverno Laboratories. As a key member of our Central Laboratory, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, notifying clients and physicians of alert values and documenting notifications.
  • Assist clients in utilizing ACL's services, adding and deleting tests as requested, and maintaining records of these actions.
  • Handle client issues as directed and as needed, maintaining a professional attitude and behavior.
  • Manage stress associated with work assignments and deadlines, maintaining a healing environment for employees and patients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Previous experience with computers required.
  • Knowledge and competency in medical laboratory terminology and functions.
  • Relevant experience in a medical setting highly desired.
