Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy the flexibility of travel while providing exceptional patient care.

Certification Requirements
  • ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification from AHA, ARC, or Military.
  • BLS: Basic Life Support certification is mandatory for OR Techs/Surgical Techs.
  • Additional certifications may be necessary based on specific job requirements.
Job Details
  • Eligibility: Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the primary facility.
  • Position: MRI Technologist.
  • Shift: 3x12's Nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday; holidays as assigned).
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for traveling technologists.
  • Facility Type: Experience in a large hospital setting (level I or level II Trauma preferred).
  • Equipment: Familiarity with a variety of scanners used for both outpatient and inpatient services.
  • Exam Types: Proficient in conducting a wide range of MRI exams.
  • Team Environment: Work collaboratively with a team of 12 or more technologists during regular staffing.
  • Support Staff: Access to radiology nurses available 24/7.
  • Technology: Experience with EPIC EMR and standard uniform attire.
Job Requirements
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Valid ODH Radiologic License or registration with a national MRI registry, including ARRT (MR) and ARMRIT.
  • Current BLS certification.
Schedule Information

Shift: 3x12's Nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday; holidays as assigned).

Unit Specific Information
  • Position focused on MRI technology.
  • Completion of unit-specific competency exam required within the first year.
  • Team-based approach with 12 or more technologists available during regular staffing.
Additional Details
  • All travelers must complete necessary documentation prior to commencement.
  • Specific documentation and requirements may vary based on job ID and cost center.
