Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients of all ages, from pediatric to adult, to assess their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure they are providing the best possible care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Valid driver's license and CPR certification.
- Current Physical Therapy license for Texas.
